Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please be sure to carefully review all product details and read sizing information before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once your order has been completed.
Each item from Jersey Vest Co. is custom-made and handcrafted, which means slight variations in stitching, placement, and overall finish may occur. These are not defects, but rather part of what makes each piece unique.
Damages & Issues
We take pride in our work and quality, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at jerseyvestco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Additional Notes
- Because all items are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
